I support women navigating change, uncertainty, and growth, helping them feel more grounded and at home in themselves. My approach is practical and intuitive, rooted in lived experience and guided reflection, so women can better understand their own story and move forward in a way that feels aligned.

My work offers space for clarity, acceptance, and forward movement—supporting women who feel stuck or ready for something to shift, and who want to live with greater self-trust and integrity.

The Art of Being Alive

A Living Laboratory of Somatic Experimentation

Rather than approaching growth through fixing, healing, or constant self-improvement, this container functions as a living laboratory — a space of direct experimentation where participants learn how life naturally moves through the body when conditions are rhythmic, grounded, and relational.

The work begins with the mind, because that is where most people live. The mind is honored as a powerful orienting and meaning-making center — but not the ruler. Over time, authority is returned to the body, while the heart, gut, Earth, and spirit come into relationship.

Emotion is approached not as story or identity, but as energy in motion — something to be felt and moved somatically rather than analyzed.

The container follows the seasons, the chakra system, and the Four Directions as maps of experience, not belief systems. These frameworks help participants orient, while the body remains the primary teacher.

Each month is an Aliveness Lab — a structured yet exploratory gathering that blends:

  • education for the analytical mind

  • breath practices aligned with nervous-system states

  • somatic embodiment rooted in sensation

  • integration through stillness and ritual

The year culminates in a Rite of Passage supported by cacao, where experience is gathered, honored, and embodied — not explained.

By the end of the year, participants are not optimized or “healed.” They are more inhabited — able to meet life from the inside out, grounded in their bodies, connected to the Earth, and in relationship with spirit as presence rather than a concept.

Somatic Breathwork

The word somatic comes from the Greek “soma,” meaning “of the body.” Somatic Breathwork is about tuning into the body’s intelligence rather than getting stuck in the mind. When chronic stress builds up, the nervous system becomes dysregulated — leading to cycles of anxiety, burnout, or emotional overwhelm. By consciously working with the breath, you restore balance to the nervous system, strengthen your body’s ability to self-regulate, and open space for emotional resilience and authentic expression.

Cacao Ceremonies

Cacao has been shared for millennia in moments of celebration, grief, and transition, helping people honor growth and mark life’s rites of passage. Long before modern science, cacao was known to support the heart—both physically and emotionally—by encouraging presence, connection, and reflection.

In ceremony, cacao creates space to slow down, gather intention, and reconnect with what matters. Sessions are available one-on-one or in community, and can be hosted in person or online, making this practice accessible wherever you are.

Meditative Sound Bath

Sound is vibration—and vibration is how the body communicates. Every cell and system responds to frequency. When we immerse ourselves in sound, the body naturally begins to settle, supporting relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a sense of balance.

Both rhythmic drumming and crystal singing bowls work through resonance. Steady rhythms and sustained tones can guide the brain into slower brainwave states, such as theta, which are associated with deep relaxation, creativity, and restorative rest. This shift helps quiet mental noise, release tension, and create space for clarity and integration.

In this 45-minute in-person meditative sound therapy session, I use a combination of frame drum and crystal bowls to create an immersive soundscape that supports grounding, relaxation, and reconnection with the body.

Intuitive Session + Custom Mala

In our 30 minutes together, we’ll explore what you’re moving through, bring awareness to any obstacles, and clarify the intentions you want to call into your life. After our session, I will hand-knot a custom mala necklace created just for you — a sacred reminder to anchor and amplify your intentions.

Embodiment Mentorship

3-month committment (minimum)

This 3-month journey is for the woman who feels stuck, doubts her self-worth, or knows there is more to life but isn’t sure how to reach it. Together, we explore where you are now, the patterns or habits that no longer serve you, and the direction you want to move toward. This mentorship is about creating space — to release, to realign, and to remember your authentic self.

Over the course of three months, you’ll experience:

  • Weekly calls to receive support, reflection, and accountability

  • Monthly cacao ceremonies for grounding and heart-opening

  • Two full breathwork journeys to clear blocks and access deeper layers of self

  • Exploration of your Human Design and Gene Keys to help illuminate your unique blueprint

  • Guidance to reconnect with your joy, embody your worth, and practice living from center

This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering yourself — and walking with someone who will hold you accountable, keep you grounded, and remind you of your power.
